The idea was simple, we wanted to do a mono-material project, 100 % recyclable. So we decided to create a project in PVC. We also wanted to use a minimum of material quantity to produce our furniture. We started some research about inflatable sofa and we had the idea of doing the opposite.

We didn’t want to inflate a furniture, we wanted to suck the air out of the furniture. So we designed a structure inside the plastic skin, which can be removed from it and using an aspirator, we could create a resistant furniture.

We did many researches in the school workshop about furnitures and boats as well.
